Pat presents her unique movement program, STRETCHING@SEA in two six-hour workshops (three hours each day) on Wednesday and Friday, February 26 and 28, and again March 12 and 14, 2014, from 12:00 to 3:00pm, at Jardin del Pulpo in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle (7 blocks from the Marina).

The Riviera Nayarit Marina will present Pat in a free class for all on Tuesday, February 25 and March 11 at 4:00pm in the VIP Lounge.


Stretching@Sea will provide:

  •  A first aid tool to relieve injuries, strains and repeat motion stress
  •  A path to move confidently with improved balance
  •  A meditation in movement to reduce tension, restore inner peace and develop fluid, healthy joints


Henry speaks from 80,000 miles at sea, 40,000 of those solo. At 73, she enjoys better range of motion, better balance, and a more youthful body than she had in her 50s, and for many things even in her youth. Organic Stretching changed her body and continues to do so.
